Full papers

Accepted papers must be corrected according to reviewers’ comments and uploaded in due time using the conference system. The paper must be resubmitted even if the reviewers indicated that no changes were required.

The full papers have to be prepared STRICTLY in compliance with LaTeX format available at the Springer web page in order to achieve the suitable layout and properties.

Papers with less than 10 pages of content must be extended to at least 10 pages to meet the criteria for publication in the Springer series.

The final files should be compressed into a single ZIP archive with a name as your paper ID (123.zip). Archive file (zip format) shall consist of: source LaTeX files, figure files (*.EPS), the final PDF file corresponding exactly to the final sources. References are to be supplied as .bbl and .bib files to avoid omission of data during conversion from Bib to Bbl.

When you are ready, please log in to Easy Chair as an AUTHOR, click on ‚View’ right to your paper title and then select ‚Update file’ to submit the final version.

Authors have to complete and sign Springer Consent to Publish form. One author can sign the form on behalf of all the other authors. We will provide the form to corresponding authors by email. Corresponding authors should send back the scanned form to w3dps2020@uz.zgora.pl.

Each accepted paper has to be presented by one of the authors at the conference and must be accompanied by a registration fee. Prospective participants have to register via online registration form.
